Jamshri Realty Limited (BSE: 502901) is transforming its historic mill campus into Jamshri City, a mixed-use destination with retail, entertainment, sports, and hospitality. We are looking for a sharp, digitally fluent Project Management Assistant to support our projects lead across documentation, coordination, and reporting — and to help us move our project tracking onto modern digital systems. What you will do
Assist the projects lead with day-to-day office and project administration
Maintain project entries, records, and trackers accurately and on time
Coordinate with vendors on quotations, follow-ups, deliveries, and site matters
Prepare regular reports and updates for management
Work with Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive as the daily backbone of documentation
Help translate our current project tracking into a more efficient digital system as we roll out our internal platform
What we are looking for
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in project management, coordination, or administration
Genuinely comfortable with technology — you should be able to pick up Google Workspace and current digital tools without hand-holding
Organised, detail-oriented, and dependable with follow-ups
Fluency in Marathi and Hindi, with working English
Based in or willing to relocate to Solapur
