Role Description The Corporate Sales Head is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for developing and executing corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Fitspire’s presence with corporate clients, institutions, and large accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, conducting meetings and presentations,



and negotiating and closing high-value deals. The Corporate Sales Head will lead and mentor the corporate sales team, set performance targets, track key sales metrics, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs. The role also involves building long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring excellent client service, and representing Fitspire at industry events and corporate engagements.
Qualifications
Strong corporate sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
Experience in account management, relationship building, and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporate clients.
Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making using CRM and reporting tools.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, with sound people management skills.
