Controllership R2R Ops Lead
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Controllership R2R Ops Lead to lead finance controllership and end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) operations. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in financial reporting, R2R processes, people management, ERP systems, and process transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) and financial controllership activities.
Oversee financial close, reporting, general ledger, reconciliations, and related controllership processes.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial reporting activities.
Analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights.
Drive process improvement, automation, and technology adoption to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and strengthen financial processes.
Leverage ERP platforms and accounting technologies to streamline R2R operations.
Present financial information and insights clearly to diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in finance controllership, with strong expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management.
Strong experience managing end-to-end financial processes.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and controllership practices.
Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
Experience in process improvement, automation, or finance transformation is highly desirable.
