Role Description The Keeper is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for maintaining and organizing NSS resources, records, and materials used for campaigns, drives, and projects. The role includes overseeing storage areas, tracking inventory of supplies and informational materials, and ensuring that items are available and properly allocated for events and field activities. The Keeper collaborates with student volunteers and coordinators to support the smooth execution of initiatives such as mental health awareness sessions and hunger alleviation drives. Daily tasks involve updating logs, preparing materials for upcoming events, coordinating the distribution and collection of equipment, and maintaining a clean and orderly workplace in designated NSS spaces. The Keeper may also assist with basic administrative support, documentation of activities, and communication related to resource requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong organizational and record-keeping skills,



including inventory tracking and systematic filing.
Candidates should possess time management and planning abilities to coordinate materials and resources for multiple ongoing initiatives.
Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with students, coordinators, and college staff.
Candidates should possess basic administrative and computer skills, such as maintaining spreadsheets, simple databases, and digital documentation.
Candidates should possess reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to social service and community welfare.
Prior experience in community work, campus organizations, or logistics coordination is beneficial.
A minimum educational qualification of higher secondary or equivalent is preferred; familiarity with Daulat Ram College or NSS activities is an advantage.
