We're looking for a dynamic Centre Head to lead the operations of a premium wellness centre in Kolkata.
Budget : 1 lpa - 1.5 lpa per month
Key Responsibilities:
Drive centre operations and ensure operational excellence
Achieve revenue and membership sales targets
Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team
Deliver an outstanding member experience and improve retention
Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, therapists, and wellness consultants
Manage centre budgets, inventory, vendors, and SOP compliance
What We're Looking For:
10-12 years of experience in Centre/Clinic/Branch Operations
Solid background in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
Proven experience in team leadership and operational management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
