Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Special Projects and Complex Case Department in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including legal partners, clients, and third parties. The role requires a logical, data-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy, precision,



and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Extract, compile, and validate data from internal systems, databases, data warehouses, and audit logs.
Automate data extraction and reporting processes using scripts and data pipelines wherever possible.
Collaborate with the Legal Compliance team to support audits, investigations, regulatory disclosures, and compliance-related requests.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data retrieval processes to ensure traceability and reproducibility.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity for both internal analysis and external reporting.
Develop and maintain dashboards for business pipelines, lead tracking, and operational reporting.
Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Support special projects and complex investigations through data analysis and reporting.
