Responsibility
- Providing training in curriculum implementation
- Conducting center visits for operational support
- Conducting regular Academic audits for the centers
- Orientation programs for parents and teachers
- Ensuring high standards of quality at the centers
- Regular Mentoring of all centers in and around the territory assigned
- Ensuring regular teacher and CLO trainings for the assigned centers
- To maintain centers as per LMEPL norms

Desired Skills
- Excellent command over English & Telugu.
- Should be familiar with the preschool industry
- Preschool Franchising knowledge, an added advantage
- The candidate should be comfortable with travelling for 15 days in a month
- Well versed with early childhood curriculum
