Headsup, we don't have a physical front desk, we work out of a co-working space. This role is about being Age Stronger's clear, always-on voice to clients and enquiries, not sitting behind a lobby desk. ABOUT AGE STRONGER
Age Stronger is a fitness community for seniors in Bangalore — group fitness sessions and Pickleball coaching. We're not in the business of the stereotype: seniors sitting around, wheelchairs, low-energy "activities." Our members show up to move, compete, and get stronger. We exist to help seniors thrive, not just stay occupied.
ROLE
This role is, deliberately, pure communication. You'll be the person our existing clients reach out to, and the first response anyone gets when they enquire about Age Stronger. Unlike some of our other roles, this one has a single job: communication, done extremely well.
WHAT YOU'LL DO




- Respond to every enquiry about Age Stronger, whether it comes by call, message, or in person, quickly and clearly.
- Be the go-to point of contact for existing clients: answering questions, resolving small issues, and keeping them informed when something changes.
- Keep a clean record of enquiries and conversations, so nothing gets lost and nothing gets asked twice.
- Represent Age Stronger's tone in every conversation: warm, clear, and patient, especially with our senior clients.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent written and spoken communication. This is the entire job, not one part of it. If this isn't your strongest skill, this role isn't for you.
- Patient and warm with people, especially seniors. Zero tolerance for a curt or dismissive tone.
- Reliable and reachable through the workday. Messages don't sit for hours because you're "in the middle of something."
