If you're passionate about building high-performing sales teams and driving business growth at scale, we'd love to hear from you About the Role We are looking for an experienced Deputy Vice President – Sales to lead Restaurant Onboarding & Merchant Acquisition for our rapidly growing Ownly Food Delivery business. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for expanding our restaurant partner network, driving sales excellence, and managing large multi-layer field sales teams across multiple locations in India.



Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead end-to-end restaurant onboarding and merchant acquisition across assigned geographies. ✅ Build, mentor, and lead large field sales teams comprising Regional Managers, Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Field Executives. ✅ Drive daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets while maximizing sales productivity. ✅ Develop territory expansion strategies to accelerate market penetration. ✅ Monitor KPIs, sales funnel, conversion ratios, and merchant activation metrics. ✅ Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing sales talent across multiple locations. ✅ Partner with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding. ✅ Drive governance, process compliance, forecasting, MIS reporting, and leadership reviews. ✅ Identify business opportunities through market intelligence and data-driven insights.
