Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Industrial Product, HVAC and fans manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HVAC systems, industrial fans, Refrigeration, Electric Motors, pumps, engineering components, OEM sales, energy productive products, and related products, along with a proven track record of developing and executing sales
strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence. The Head of Sales & Marketing will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies, lead the marketing team, and drive customer acquisition and retention across various markets. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share,



increasing brand visibility, and contributing to the overall growth objectives of the company.

Minimum 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Industrial Product, HVAC, fans or related industries.
