As our Team Leader – Sales & Operations, you'll own key pharmaceutical accounts, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customers have a seamless experience—from inquiry to delivery. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll manage 30–40 pharma customers, drive business growth, solve complex customer challenges, mentor your team, and work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service. Manage a portfolio of 30–40 pharmaceutical customers. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two. Drive sales and identify recent business opportunities. Prepare quotations, commercial offers, COAs, MSDS, and technical documentation. Ensure smooth order execution by coordinating with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and quality teams. Resolve customer escalations and deliver outstanding customer experience. Build long-term relationships with key customers. Track team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs. Own business targets and operational excellence. Visit customers 1–2 times per month to resolve technical queries and generate new business. Represent CLYZO professionally in customer meetings.
