Guest House Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day guest house operations and ensure high standards of hospitality and service.
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, front office, and support staff.
• Handle guest check-in/check-out processes and room allocation.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and upkeep of the facility.
• Monitor occupancy, reservations, inventory, and vendor management.
• Develop and implement systems and SOPs for efficient guest house management.
• Coordinate with university departments for guest visits, events, and accommodation requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and manage budgets effectively.

Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in hotel, resort,



guest house, or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience in handling accommodation facilities with multiple rooms and staff members.
• Proficiency in hospitality operations, customer service, and administrative management.

Preferred
• Experience in managing guest houses, business hotels, accommodations, or hospitality facilities.
• Knowledge of hospitality software and reservation management systems.
