Job Description We are seeking an experienced Lead Design Engineer with robust expertise in Aero Engine Product Change Management for civil aerospace programs. The role involves leading the design and implementation of product change solutions across aero engine modules, ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations, APQP processes, and customer requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting build-stop, on-wing, MRO, redesign, producibility, and in-service initiatives while driving technical excellence across complex engine architectures including fan, compressor, combustor, turbine, and external modules.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of aero engine product change solutions for civil aerospace programs, addressing:
- Build Stop requirements
- On-Wing support activities




- MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) requirements
- In-service and overhaul modifications

Develop and implement design solutions across engine modules including:
- Fan Systems
- Compressors
- Combustors
- Turbines
- External Components
- Execute product changes in compliance with APQP processes and industry best practices while ensuring reduced design cycle time and improved product quality.

Interpret functional and technical requirements to develop medium-to-high complexity engineering solutions supporting:
- Redesign activities
- Production and build support
- Producibility improvements
- Part and module
