Role Description The Creative Director is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh, responsible for leading the creative vision and execution for real estate brands. This role oversees concept development, campaign ideation, and visual storytelling across social, digital, and video content, ensuring cohesive and effective brand experiences.



The Creative Director will guide and mentor designers, writers, and content creators, review and refine creative assets, and maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with account and marketing teams to translate client goals into clear creative strategies, presenting concepts to stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines. The role also involves staying current with industry trends, experimenting with new formats and platforms, and helping shape Leogen’s overall creative culture and processes.
