About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist with strong execution capabilities in Meta Ads to manage and optimize campaigns for US & UK B2C clients. This is an execution-focused role where attention to detail, analytical thinking, and client communication are equally key.
What You'll Do
• Plan, launch, manage,



and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, and conversion volume.
• Build campaign structures, audience strategies, retargeting funnels, budget allocation, creative testing, and scaling strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team by providing actionable insights on ad creatives, copy, and performance trends.
• Build performance reports and present campaign insights to clients.
