Most large-scale projects are for major General Contractors and Construction Managers (e.g., Tishman, Turner, Lend Lease). The ideal candidate must be punctual, organized, and experienced in architectural metals, glass systems, signage, construction management, or mechanical engineering. This role requires robust multitasking capabilities, as multiple projects are active simultaneously. We work on some of the largest projects in the New York metropolitan area and are looking for someone who can grow with the company and become a long-term asset.

Takeoff & Scheduling Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings Review scope and compare with sales orders Identify discrepancies or errors Develop project schedules and Gantt charts Maintain project tracking sheets 2.
