Job Description Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant Location: India Function: Pre-Sales / Solutions Consulting Focus: Singapore Government RFPs (majority) + Enterprise clients Experience: Min 6+ years The Role Be the technical anchor in our pursuit team. You'll own solutions end to end — taking an opportunity from qualification all the way to a submitted, winning response — across custom software engineering, modernisation, cloud/infra, and Data & AI . Most of the work is Singapore Government RFPs; the rest is enterprise clients. You'll use AI to work faster and sharper across the whole pre-sales cycle. What You'll Do Own the prospect end to end: qualify, solution, propose, present, and drive it to submission — then hand over cleanly to delivery. Lead responses to Singapore Government tenders (GeBIZ, ITQ/ITT/RFP) and enterprise proposals — solution narrative, architecture, estimation, compliance matrix, pricing inputs.



Architect across custom engineering, application modernisation, cloud/infra migration, and Data & AI. Run demos, PoCs, and workshops; present and defend solutions to evaluators and stakeholders. Use AI tools to accelerate pre-sales — tender analysis, proposal drafting, compliance mapping, first-cut architectures and estimates, demo assets — with proper human review. Partner with engineering and delivery to keep solutions deliverable, compliant, and commercially sound. Build and reuse solution patterns, reference architectures, and estimation baselines. What You Bring 6+ years in pre-sales / solutions consulting with end-to-end solution ownership — proven ability to take an opportunity and drive it through to a submitted response. Experience solutioning/selling to Singapore Government agencies or statutory boards; familiarity with GeBIZ and government procurement, GCC, and IM8/security exp
