Job Description SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Technical & Functional Skills • Mastery of KPI/KRA design, cascading logic, weightage models, and performance tracking. • Proficiency in strategy frameworks: BSC, OKR, MBO, SWOT, TOWS, Ansoff, BCG, GE Matrix, Porter's Five Forces. • Hands-on experience with PMS tools, ERP performance modules, or HRMS platforms. • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards. • Robust financial acumen – P&L; understanding, ROI analysis, cost-benefit analysis. • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC process improvement methodologies. Behavioural Competencies • Strategic thinking with the ability to bridge vision and ground-level execution. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset. • Strong leadership, influence, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
