Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time role responsible for driving revenue growth and brand visibility for Arvind LED’s visual display solutions. Based in Bhopal in a hybrid setup, the role combines in office collaboration with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying and nurturing leads, managing client relationships,



and preparing proposals and presentations tailored to retail, corporate, and event clients. The role also involves coordinating digital and offline marketing campaigns, conducting market and competitor analysis, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with design, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery. The Sales Marketing Manager will represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions, while maintaining an organized sales pipeline and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
Marketing and brand-building experience across digital and offline channels, including campaign planning, content coordination, and basic analytics.
