As we scale further, consumer obsession and insight-led innovation are core to our strategy. Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. Monitor fill rates, PO turnaround time (TAT), and order fulfillment to ensure SLA compliance. Manage purchase order (PO) trackers, PO aging, pending orders, and fulfillment planning. Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, planning, logistics,



finance, catalog, and marketplace teams to ensure seamless operations. Monitor inventory levels and stock availability to support timely replenishment and order fulfillment. Follow up on PO confirmations, dispatches, appointments, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Return to Vendor (RTV) processes, and operational escalations. Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Manage pricing and promotional parity across assigned marketplaces while ensuring there is no price leakage. Support the Key
