Our team in MURBAD is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality Management System, Food Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives driving operational excellence across a technologically advanced manufacturing environment serving international customers.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a skilled who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, food safety, and manufacturing performance. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Laboratory teams to ensure compliance with international standards, reduce process variability, improve product quality, and support the expectations of some of the world's most demanding customers.




What You Will Do:
Quality Management & Compliance
- Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and BRCGS Packaging Materials standards.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety requirements, GMP, HACCP principles, and food-contact material regulations (MOCA).
- Manage customer audits, certification audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance programs.
- Maintain and improve quality documentation, procedures, specifications, and control plans.

Operational Quality Leadership
- Drive quality performance across manufacturing operations.
- Monitor and improve quality KPIs, process capability, scrap reduction, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Lead internal and external non-conformity management processes.
- Manage customer complaints and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate structured root cause analys
