Location: Bengaluru Experience: 3–4 Years About the Role Lal Sweets is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer (Social Media) to join our Craetive team. This role is essential in supporting our ongoing social media creative development by producing visually engaging, high-quality, and brand-consistent content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for design, creativity, and an understanding of current social media trends. Key Responsibilities ● Design engaging creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels. ● Create static posts, carousels, banners, stories, reels, and promotional creatives aligned with the Lal Sweets brand. ● Develop visually impactful creatives for digital campaigns, product launches, festive promotions, and marketing initiatives. ● Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color palettes, and visual identity across all communication materials.
● Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Brand, and Content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals. ● Edit short-form videos and motion creatives for social media campaigns. ● Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, productivity, and content generation. ● Prepare artwork for both digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, posters, packaging support, and POS materials. ● Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative technologies. ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Required Skills & Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. ● 3–4 years of experience in Graphic Design with a strong focus on social media creatives. ● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory). ● Working knowledge of Fi
