JOB DESCRIPTION
Location : Client location at Lower Parel, Mumbai
Lead React Developer – Band 7B
Experience: 8–10 Years
Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
• Extensive experience with Redux/Context API, REST API integration, and component-based architecture.
• Proficient in Git, up-to-date build tools (Webpack/Vite), and unit testing (Jest/React Testing Library).
• Good understanding of application performance optimisation, security best practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in designing scalable,



maintainable front-end solutions.
• Strong experience leveraging AI-assisted software engineering tools for code generation, automated code reviews, documentation, testing, refactoring, and developer productivity.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade React applications.
• Define front-end architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Build reusable UI components and integrate with backend services.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, UX designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct AI Assisted and manual code reviews, mentor developers, resolve technical issues, and drive performance optimisation.
• Participate in effort estimation, technical design, release planning, and production support.
Preferred:
• Experience with Next.js, Micro Frontends, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
