Gold Coast Electricals by SNRG is looking for a proactive, organised, and dependable Executive Assistant who can manage priorities, coordinate across teams, and ensure the timely execution of critical tasks.
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Work Mode: On-site | Monday to Saturday
Timings: Mon–Fri, 10 AM–7 PM | Saturday, 10 AM–4:30 PM
Experience:



2–5 years in an EA/PA or similar role preferred
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage meetings, calendars, appointments, and travel schedules
Prepare MoMs, maintain action trackers, and drive follow-ups to closure
Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, and business communications
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and external stakeholders
Track management priorities, deadlines, and pending actions
Handle confidential records and information with complete discretion
Use AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency and execution
