ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our Finance & Accounts team.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounts payable, MIS vs Book reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and financial planning. Prior exposure to the logistics industry and working knowledge of Zoho Books will be a robust advantage. The role demands high accuracy, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple finance tasks independently.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Payable & Invoice Management
- Record, verify and process vendor invoices accurately in Zoho Books
- Perform three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and GRNs
- Ensure timely vendor payments as per agreed
