ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a polished, confident, and guest-focused Guest Service Associate with robust experience in fine-dining or luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate should understand refined service, possess excellent guest-handling skills, and have the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome and engage guests with warmth, confidence, and impeccable hospitality etiquette.



Create a personalised and seamless guest experience from arrival through departure. Understand guest preferences and proactively anticipate their requirements. Manage reservations, walk-ins, seating, table allocations, and guest requests efficiently. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, beverages, ingredients, and service sequence. Deliver service in accordance with fine-dining standards and established SOPs. Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, service, and management teams. Handle VIP, regular, and discerning guests with professionalism and discretion. Maintain impeccable standards of grooming, table presentation, ambience, and service. Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution. Support the team during busy service periods while maintaining composure and service quality.
