Required Experience - At least 5 – 6 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance / Testing role or related experience
Education & Certification-
• Diploma or university degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Certification of quality management is a strong advantage (Lean Sigma, ISO, TQM, BQF, EFQM, etc.) or equivalent work
experience.
• Project Management qualification desirable e.g. Prince2 or PMP, but not mandatory.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
The Consultant - Quality is the senior member responsible for all aspects of quality management on internal and external
projects and processes. This includes:
• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Operational
Excellence, or Continuous Improvement within a BPO/BPM environment.
• Proven experience in managing quality programs for operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, VBA, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Lean principles).
• Experience in Qua
