Role Description The Field Sales Executive Pan India is a full-time, in office role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, involving extensive travel across different regions of India. The role includes identifying and visiting potential retail partners, presenting Yogic Software solutions, and demonstrating how these products help secure investments against EMI customers. The Field Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle,



from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, gathering market and competitor insights, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely implementation and customer support. The role also requires meeting assigned sales targets, participating in marketing or promotional activities, and representing the company at industry events when needed.
Qualifications
Strong field sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client presentations, and closing deals.
Experience in channel partner management and B2B relationship building, preferably within software, fintech, or retail solutions.
Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present technical solutions in clear, simple terms.
