Team Leader – Sales (Real Estate)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead, mentor, and drive a team of Sales Managers. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of residential real estate sales, and the ability to consistently achieve team revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Conduct daily team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.




* Ensure every team member maintains proper follow-up and customer engagement.
* Monitor CRM regularly and ensure all leads are updated accurately.
* Guide the team from lead generation to site visits, booking, and final closure.
* Develop strategies to improve conversions and increase team productivity.
* Track daily KPIs including calls, leads, site visits, bookings, and revenue.
* Coach underperforming team members and create improvement plans.
* Coordinate with marketing, presales, and developer partners for smooth operations.
* Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
* Recruit, train, and onboard current Sales Managers whenever required.
* Maintain discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
* Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
* Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring overall team performance.
