Our technology stack connects storefronts, factory operations, ERP, warehouse, and logistics systems to run a rapid-scaling retail business end to end. About the Role We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to help drive execution across GIVA's technology initiatives - from ERP migration and systems integration to internal tooling and cross-functional reporting. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, finance, data, and business stakeholders to keep programs on track, unblock dependencies, and bring structure to complex, multi-system initiatives. This is a high-visibility role suited to someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, comfortable with data and stakeholder management,



and eager to learn how a technology-led retail business operates. What You'll Do Track and drive execution of cross-functional technology programs (e.g., ERP/systems integration, tooling rollouts) spanning multiple internal and vendor teams. Build and maintain program trackers, RAID logs, and status reports; flag risks, blockers, and open decisions to stakeholders early. Prepare clear, data-backed status updates and decks for leadership reviews (weekly/fortnightly cadences). Coordinate with engineering, operations, finance, and external vendors/partners to align on scope, timelines, and ownership. Own documentation: requirement notes, decision logs, sign-off matrices, and process runbooks. Support UAT coordination, go-live readiness checks, and post-launch monitoring and performance measurement for key initiatives.
