A Sales Executive – responsible for achieving the annual sales target department wise as assigned by the manager.

Qualification and Experience:
B. Tech in Mechanical / Electrical or Graduation in any stream with industry sales experience (preferrable).

100% field role with frequent client visit
Salary:
Up to Rs. 25000 per month (6 month probation period).
Salary will be up to ₹25,000 per month during the 6-month probation period only. Upon successful completion of probation and based on satisfactory performance, salary will be revised based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
 To work to over – achieve set target.
 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
 Actively seek out recent sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.




 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
 Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conference.
 Negotiate/close delas and handle complaints or objections.
 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
 Build business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationship with clients.

Skills and Competencies:
 Proven experience as executive sales or relevant role.
 Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
 Hands-on experiences with CRM software.
 Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
 Fast learner and passion for sales.
 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
 Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
