You run a city or sub-regional cluster of Operations β multiple Senior Managers, 12β20 active
projects, βΉ40β60 Cr portfolio. You build the operating system that keeps it from collapsing under its
own weight.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Cluster delivery β full P&L;, schedule, quality, and client outcomes for your geography
Senior Manager development β build the layer below you; identify and grow next-level leaders
Capacity planning β anticipate site, PM, SPM, and vendor needs two to three quarters ahead of demand
Vendor ecosystem β strategic partnerships at city level; rate cards; master service agreements
