Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra, responsible for managing and growing customer and retail partner accounts for Erotissch. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining solid client relationships,



handling inquiries, presenting product ranges, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating orders, tracking shipments, managing account documentation, and collaborating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and production to meet client needs. The Account Executive will support business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and contributing to sales targets. This position also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, reporting on account performance, and representing the brand’s values and inclusive ethos in every interaction.
