SugarNest Ventures is looking for an exceptional senior sales leader to build and scale our corporate gifting across our premium brands WITH the ability to generate business from Day 1.
Brands You'll Lead
Madam Chocolate
Corporate gifting hampers for festive gifting, employee rewards & recognition, client gifting, onboarding kits, conferences, events, and premium corporate gifting.
BELAGIO – Luxury Cake Brand
Corporate partnerships for office celebrations, birthdays, work anniversaries, product launches, milestone celebrations, executive gifting, and premium dessert experiences.
Nusa Tropical Brewvilla
Corporate outings, leadership offsites, team lunches, client entertainment, annual celebrations, conferences, corporate events, and bulk lunch box requirements.
Who We're Looking For
- 10–15+ years of Corporate gifting experience.
- Must already have a large and active database of corporate contacts.
- Solid relationships with CXOs, Founders, HR Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads, Marketing Heads,



Office Managers, and key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of generating and closing high-value corporate contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Ability to bring qualified leads and business opportunities from Day 1.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in corporate gifting, hospitality, luxury brands, premium retail, or events is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the corporate sales function across all three brands.
- Generate corporate gifting orders, celebration partnerships, catering opportunities, and corporate event bookings.
- Acquire and manage large enterprise and corporate accounts.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with corporate clients.
- Conduct regular corporate visits, presentations, and CXO-level meetings.
- Drive festive, employee engagement, client gifting, and corporate celebration campaigns.
