Job Purpose: Engineering Manager - Development is responsible for building a
team of highly skilled and high performing software developers. They should be
adept in designing highly scalable architectures in cloud native environments
and, should work closely with Head of Product Engineering to achieve outcomes.
They should be proficient in at least two programming languages like Node.js /
Python / Java.
