The mission of this role is to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and reliable supply chain and logistics operations by driving production planning, dispatch execution, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination. The role acts as a key operational link between commercial, plant, purchase, logistics, quality, and sales teams to align demand, production, materials, and dispatches through SAP/APO and IBP-driven planning. It is responsible for supporting S&OP; and S&OE; processes, managing risks and opportunities, resolving capacity or raw material constraints, and ensuring timely market supply, including innovation packs. The role also focuses on KPI delivery across supply chain and logistics, including OTIF, CFR, production adherence, vehicle utilization, costs, and inventory targets, while supporting consumer complaint management and continuous automation to improve efficiency.Role Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution

Derive CY+1 Pickup plan from IBP DRP.
Derive monthly production plan using APOSNP.




Create and manage weekly production orders in SAP in alignment with IBP DRP and S&OE; Output.
Prepare daily dispatch plans in line with production schedules
Liaise with Logistics for day-to-day dispatches.
Innovations - VAP and LE pack supply to markets as per marketing requirements.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

Liaise with Commercial, plant, Purchase, Logistics, and Quality teams for seamless operations.
Permits planning and identify gaps in demand vs previous submissions to take up with respective functions.
Act as key interface for managing quality-related consumer complaints.
Coordinate EVC collection from sales teams weekly.

3. Material & Capacity Management

Monitor raw material availability against production requirement.
Identify and resolve concerns related to capacity or raw material shortages.
Manage monthly bulk tanks ordering and liaise for timely customs clearances.
