Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing effective sales strategies and contributing to the company's sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities l Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. l Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential clients through market research. l Generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients. l Present and promote the company's products and services, understanding client requirements and offering appropriate solutions. l Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales contracts in compliance with company policies. l Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, revenue, and invoices. l Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
