About Yuvora Yuvora is a fast-growing jewellery brand building a modern, direct-to-consumer presence. As we scale, we're looking for a sharp, hands-on operator to sit in the Founder's Office — owning performance marketing and growth end-to-end, while also driving high-priority projects directly with the founder.
The Role This is a high-ownership, dual-mandate role. You'll spend the majority of your time as the engine behind Yuvora's customer acquisition and retention — running paid performance and influencer marketing, and owning CRM/retention. The remainder of your time will be spent working directly with the founder on strategic, cross-functional projects that shape the brand's next chapter.

What You'll Own Performance Marketing & Growth (80%)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across the funnel — prospecting, retargeting, and creative testing — to hit CAC and ROAS targets.




- Own Google Search campaigns end-to-end: keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy, and continuous optimization for effective, high-intent traffic.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencer and content-creator partnerships — from outreach and negotiation to briefing, tracking, and ROI measurement.
- Own CRM and retention: build and manage lifecycle flows (WhatsApp, email, SMS) to drive repeat purchase, LTV, and reduce churn.
- Monitor and report on key growth metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention rate, cohort performance) and translate data into action.
- Manage and optimize monthly performance marketing budgets, reallocating spend based on channel performance.
- Stay on top of platform changes, ad policy shifts, and emerging growth channels relevant to D2C jewellery.
