Job Description Lead Generation and Sourcing:
- Drive external/ internal sales activities in alignment with organizational revenue and growth objectives, in close coordination with the Head – C&I; Business Development.
- Lead client engagement through meetings, site visits, and on-ground interactions to drive conversions and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Take end-to-end ownership of deal execution, from client acquisition and proposal presentation to commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with technical and financial modelling teams to develop customized proposals and competitive commercial offerings tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, manage the deal pipeline, and provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts to senior management.
