About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Central QA (CQA) Manager to lead quality assurance operations across third-party manufacturing units. The role will be responsible for ensuring consistent product quality, packaging compliance, process adherence, and finished goods standards across the supply chain while supporting seamless commercialization in a rapid-paced beauty and personal care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end quality assurance processes across third-party manufacturing units and suppliers.
- Conduct regular visits and audits at 3P manufacturing locations to ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs,



and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and ensure packaging material quality, finished goods quality, and process compliance across production batches.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, R&D;, sourcing, packaging, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, deviation management, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely closure of quality observations, audit findings, and non-conformance reports.
