JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Wedding Planner Location: Bangalore, India KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Initial Consultation & Concept Design ● Vision Mapping: Conduct deep-dive meetings with clients to define their wedding style, theme, color palette, and priorities. ● Mood Boarding: Create visual presentations and mood boards detailing decor, lighting, floral arrangements, and stage setups. ● Scope Definition: Establish transparent event scopes, breaking down multi-day functions like Mehendi, Sangeet, Haldi,

NCR Vendor Sourcing & Management ● Vendor Selection: Match clients with curated options for decorators, caterers, photographers, makeup artists, and entertainment. ● Contract Negotiation: Review vendor contracts, negotiate competitive pricing, and secure bookings to lock in dates. ● Logistics Alignment: Coordinate technical requirements (sound, light, power loads) between the venue and technical production teams. 3. Budgeting & Financial Control ● Cost Allocation: Design a comprehensive budget spreadsheet distributing funds across categories based on client priorities. ●
