Shift: Night Shifts (9.5 hrs) | 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-offs
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations

Positive English communication skills are required.
Must be comfortable working in night shifts.
Salary
- Base Salary CTC: Approx. ₹ 20,000/month
- In-hand: Approx. ₹17,000/month
- Statutory Bonus: Approx. ₹2,000/month
