This is a senior leadership role requiring a hands-on professional who can balance architectural vision with procurement discipline — overseeing BOQ preparation, project costing, vendor management, and budget governance while mentoring a cross-functional team of architects and procurement specialists. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the end-to-end building design process — from concept to execution — ensuring compliance with structural, safety, and regulatory standards. Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for recent and ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved designs. Drive project costing and estimation; establish cost benchmarks and track actuals vs. budgets across all sites.
