The ideal candidate should have a solid background in B2B outbound sales prospecting , with hands-on expertise in cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and multi-channel outbound campaigns . The primary objective of this role is to generate qualified sales opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline,



and lead a high-performing inside sales team responsible for demand generation. This is a leadership role that combines individual contribution and team management . The candidate will actively drive outbound prospecting while mentoring the team, improving campaign performance, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams.
