We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our talented team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop architectural designs, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.
- Lead Projects and Manage project-specific tasks, including coordinating with construction teams and other consultants independently
- Lead a team of junior architects, Assign and review their work, providing mentorship and ensuring design excellence.
- Consult and oversee construction-related drawings, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Solve technical and design challenges, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery under the guidance of Senior Architects

Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 5-8 years of experience in architectural design and project management with exposure to High rise developments
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe creative suit) and other relevant tools.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building materials, codes, and regulations
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, team members and collaborators
- Experience leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Professional registration is a plus
- MEP experience is a plus
