Job Description We're Hiring: Project Assistant
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our architectural team in managing projects from concept to construction.
Location: Work From Home (Preferred Tamilnadu Candidates)
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key responsibilities include:
Project scheduling & coordination
Drawing transmittals & document control
Weekly reporting & stakeholder communication
Contracts, budgets & invoice tracking
Construction administration support
Permitting & agency coordination
Project closeout & material library management

Preferred:
• 1–3 years experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC)
• Familiarity with SD/DD/CD/CA phases
• Experience with Asana, Smartsheet, Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam, MS Office, or Google Workspace
