The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry and possess solid knowledge of property documentation, legal compliance, customer coordination, and registration procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete property closing process from booking confirmation to possession.
- Coordinate with customers, sales, legal, finance, CRM, and banks to ensure timely closure of transactions.
- Verify and maintain all property-related documents required for registration and handover.
- Schedule and coordinate agreement execution, registration, stamp duty payments, and possession formalities.
- Liaise with financial institutions for loan disbursement and ensure timely receipt of payments.
