The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing projects from concept to final delivery, with a strong understanding of both production and post-production workflows. Key Responsibilities Production & Post-Production * Assist in planning and executing video projects from concept to final delivery. * Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content ideas, scripts, and shot plans. * Support on-set production to ensure smooth execution and maintain creative quality. * Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, performance marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms. * Craft compelling stories through pacing, music, sound design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. * Perform color correction, basic color grading, audio cleanup, and final exports. * Organize and manage footage, project assets,



and editing timelines to maintain an productive post-production workflow. * Collaborate with designers and motion graphic artists to integrate graphics and animations where required. * Review edits, incorporate feedback, and ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
