Role Description The Admission Counselor is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The counselor will guide prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, clarifying eligibility, and helping candidates select suitable courses. Daily activities include conducting counseling sessions (in person, by phone, and online),



maintaining accurate records of leads and enrollments, and following up with prospective learners to ensure timely admission decisions. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and academic teams to align admission messaging, participating in events or workshops to promote programs, and meeting admission and conversion targets while maintaining a learner-centric, ethical approach.
