The role sits within the Cloud Platform Operations team in Group Digital and is
responsible for delivering operational services across Microsoft Azure and
Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
The team manages the day-to-day operational administration of enterprise cloud
platforms, including cloud account provisioning, access management, platform
configuration, identity administration, licensing, billing administration, and
operational support.
Operating within a multi-supplier delivery model, the team collaborates closely
with Cloud Engineering, Security, Architecture, Service Management, Identity
teams, vendors, and managed service providers to deliver consistent and
productive cloud operations while maintaining compliance with enterprise
governance and security standards.
